These Terms govern your use of Wazlo (operated by Vinay Hugar). By using the platform, you agree to these conditions.


Service Description

Wazlo provides WhatsApp CRM, automation, and bulk messaging using the Official WhatsApp Business API. All features are subject to fair usage policies. Plans cannot be combined with other offers unless stated. AI Chat Bot and API or Webhook access require proper configuration and API key. No refund once the plan is activated. Pricing and features may change without prior notice. This application uses the official WhatsApp Business API. Therefore, our service depends on WhatsApp Business API, and we are not responsible if WhatsApp Business API makes critical changes on their side. We do not guarantee permanent compatibility with the WhatsApp Business API, although we always strive to update the application as soon as possible. We do not provide refunds for issues originating from the WhatsApp Business API and are not responsible for any problems related to WhatsApp Business accounts.


Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into an agreement.


User Responsibilities
  • Use the platform for lawful purposes only
  • Obtain recipient consent before messaging
  • Follow WhatsApp and Meta policies
  • Avoid spam or misleading content


Account Suspension

Wazlo reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate policies, laws, or platform rules.


Pricing & Payments
  • Fees are disclosed before purchase
  • Meta conversation charges apply separately
  • Pricing may change with notice


Limitation of Liability

Wazlo is not responsible for account restrictions by WhatsApp, business losses, or third-party service failures.


Termination

Access to the platform will be discontinued upon termination.
