This policy applies to all services offered under Wazlo (operated by Vinay Hugar)


No Refunds

All payments made to Wazlo are strictly non-refundable. Once a service or subscription is activated, refunds will not be provided.


Non-Refundable Cases
  • Change of mind
  • Low or no usage
  • WhatsApp account suspension due to violations
  • Early cancellation
  • Business or strategy changes


Third-Party Charges

Meta (WhatsApp) conversation charges are billed directly to the client through their own Meta (Facebook) Business Manager dashboard. Wazlo does not collect, process, or control these charges.

All charges paid directly to Meta or any third-party service provider are non-refundable and are governed by their respective terms and policies.
